Wayne Burdette Website Agreement

This is the agreement between The Bearded Marketing Pro (Henceforth referred too as "The BMP") and Carolina Enterprises & Holdings LLC. (Henceforth referred to as "Client") for a website design and website build.

Client agrees to pay $208.33 a month for the period of six months. Until the time the payment is completed and paid, the website and hosting will be held by The BMP. At the time of payment fulfillment, unless agreed upon for continuation of services, the site and hosting will be transferred to client.

There will be a 7-Day payment grace period and any day after 7-Days that the payment is not received, there will be a 10% late fee of the total due. After 14-days of non-payment, the site process will be stopped and the remaining balance will be due in full before continuing.

By checking the box and completing the payment below, Client agrees to the payment terms at 0% interest and a total amount $1,249.98 over a 6-month period.

This agreement expires May 7th, 2021 and payment is due to start the process by then
